At Blast-off Brands, we're committed to providing our customers with a smooth and convenient ordering and delivery experience. Here's what you need to know about our order and delivery conditions and expectations: 

Delivery Costs: 

  • We offer free standard delivery on orders over £40 
  • Standard delivery costs £3.99 for orders below £40 
  • Next day delivery is available for £5.99 
  • Surcharges may apply to some areas outside of England & Wales mainland, and will be calculated at checkout. 

Order Processing and Delivery Times: 

  • We ship Monday to Friday, except on UK public holidays 
  • Orders placed before 1 pm will be dispatched on the same day 
  • Standard delivery time is typically 2 - 3 working days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the shipping method selected 

We use trusted courier services such as Royal Mail Tracked to deliver our products to ensure that your order arrives in a timely and secure manner. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so that you can track your delivery.
